Ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of CCF through robust financial management, fundraising, and capacity building.
Focus
Strengthen fundraising efforts, build endowment funds, enhance volunteer engagement, and invest in staff and board development.

Maximize habitat protection on CCF properties
Stewardship and Management:
Objective:
Maintain and manage existing conservation lands to promote ecological health and sustainability.
Focus
Implement effective stewardship practices, engage volunteers, and conduct regular monitoring and maintenance.
GOAL #3
Preserve more open space through acquisition and conservation restrictions
Land Acquisition and Preservation:
Objective:
Secure and protect additional open spaces to enhance biodiversity and ensure the conservation of critical habitats.
Focus
Identify and prioritize key properties for acquisition, utilizing donations and partnerships.
GOAL #4
Prepare CCF for the potential effects of climate change
Objective:
Understand the current science of climate change, assess the potential effects on our properties, and develop a response plan.
Focus
Create Climate Action Task Force to Educate board and research climate change impacts and vulnerabilities of CCF properties. Collaborate with local and regional organizations to implement policies.

Foster a connection between the community and the CCF mission
Education and Outreach:
Objective:
Raise awareness and educate the community about the importance of conservation and the natural environment.
Focus
Develop and deliver educational programs, workshops, and events targeting diverse audiences, including schools and local organizations.
